What is the refund policy for Trumans.com?
Trumans.com offers a 30-day refund policy for full-sized products. Customers can open, try, and request a refund if not satisfied. The refund request must be emailed to the support team with the subject line REFUND REQUEST. This policy applies only to first-time purchases of a specific product and is limited to one of each item. Refunds do not include shipping and handling fees, and customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product. Subscription shipments may ship prior to the end of the 30-day period and are not eligible for a refund. Cancellation requests for subscriptions should be submitted at least 72 hours before the rebill schedule. Items returned without prior approval will not be refunded. Only products purchased through Trumans.com are eligible for refunds under this policy. Products purchased through retail partners, including Amazon.com, should be returned through them.
